KPPL Season 1 – Terms & Conditions

A) Registration & Eligibility

A.1 Eligibility

Registration is open to players of all ages. Players must be Indian citizens to be eligible to register for KPPL Season 1. Players under the age of 18 must have their Player Registration Form and Player Declaration co-signed by a parent or legal guardian.

A.2 Accuracy of Information

By registering, you confirm that all information provided in the Player Registration Form is true, complete and accurate, and that you meet the age, citizenship and fitness requirements set out in these Terms.

A.3 Registration, Shortlisting & Selection

Registration and payment of the registration fee places a player in the Season 1 Player Pool. Registration does not guarantee progression in the selection process. All registered players will subsequently go through a shortlisting process conducted by KPPL.

Players who are shortlisted become eligible for the Player Draft, where any of the 8 district teams may select them, at the League’s and district teams’ sole discretion.

A.4 Refund Policy

Players who register but are not shortlisted will be refunded 80% of their registration fee. The remaining 20% is retained by KPPL as a non-refundable processing fee.

Once a player is shortlisted, the registration fee becomes non-refundable in full. No refund will be made based on the outcome of the Player Draft, except where KPPL cancels Season 1 in its entirety.

A.5 Medical Fitness

Players declare themselves medically fit to participate and agree to disclose any pre-existing medical condition or injury. KPPL is not liable for conditions not disclosed at the time of registration.
